Senior Literacy and Numeracy

The Senior Literacy and Numeracy course aims to support students to gain their NCEA Literacy and Numeracy Corequisites. This course is compulsory for year 13 students without Literacy and/or Numeracy and year 12 students without Numeracy.  In order to gain an NCEA qualification at Levels 1, 2 or 3, students must have gained 10 credits in Literacy and 10 credits in Numeracy. You may be granted an exemption by your dean in special circumstances e.g. you are from overseas and you are studying Mathematics as one of your subjects.
